Functional OTL Lead Business Consultant to expand our Oracle EBS practice.  Ideal candidates will have a 5-7+ years' experience specifically focused on Oracle Benefits implementations.  We prefer candidates who have been involved in the full development life-cycle from project inception to Post Go Live support. 

 

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of business process flows in Oracle Time and Labor.
• Ability to creatively design Oracle Time and Labor configurations to meet client requirements.
• Expertise in performing application setups for all aspects of Oracle Time and Labor, including OTL and OTLR.
• Knowledge of the OTL time store and modification of timecard layouts.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with OTL timesheets, approvals, overtime calculations, etc.
• Knowledge of workflow and workflow troubleshooting as it relates to self-service timecards.
• An understanding of the dependencies and relationships between OTL and other Oracle HRMS modules such as HR and Payroll, as well as integration points with non-HRMS modules.
• Ability to create and execute test plans for standard and client-specific OTL requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train/coach client personnel in the aspects of supporting the Oracle Time and Labor module.
• Excellent analytical skills.

 

Required Experience:

• Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and designing of solutions in Oracle Time and Labor.
• Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support.
• Experience with designing and testing conversion and reporting solutions.
• Experience interfacing with time clocks is a plus.
