Required Skills:
SharePoint Architect, design experience-preferably in a healthcare environment, Proven PM skills
Desired skills:
Experience with Epic deployments or healthcare EMR applications .

Relay information appropriately over telephone, pagers, and other communication devices.
Teamwork
Accept assignments based on administrative direction, and ensure resources are adequate to complete the assignment.
Work closely with staff, co-workers, peers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a positive and effective work environment.
Initiate problem solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with peers.
Respond to problems/opportunities to improve care/customer service.
Professional Development
Attend staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education.
Contribute to annual reviews of peer performance.
Assist in the development of data collection as assigned.
Enhance knowledge in areas relative to the job, including knowledge of client’s Quality and clinical excellence programs and communication.
Participate in and maintain competencies required for the position and specific unit/area(s) of assignment.
Additional Requirements for Contractors
Requirements for contracting with the client include the following:
Background check, including criminal and OIG listing (to be provided by staffing vendor)
Client’s Annual evaluation criteria (to be used for performance evaluations during the Engagement). These criteria will be provided at the beginning of the engagement, post selection.
Qualifying results from client’s pre employment drug screening
Proof of immunity to rubella/rubella (through proof of titer or two doses of vaccine)
Proof of immunity to chicken pox (by proof of vaccination, repeated history, or proof of titer immunity)
Successful completion of TB testing (within 30 days) or current chest x-ray (within 30 days) if history of positive TB test
