Unit/Assembly Test Lead assist the developers in their Unit and Assembly Testing.
Required skills (Mandatory):
Application Developer/ Java background (not just 'report writer' developer)
Well versed in industry-standards as they pertain to unit and assembly testing
Able to provide templates and guidance to developers for unit/assembly test scenarios and conditions
UNIT and Assembly Test planning and execution
Test Scenarios/Conditions
Test Cases
Test Plan
Test Data Management
Support QA phase by tracking and assigning defects to development team; work with QA leads to schedule fixes and builds and enable QA to be successful
Identify efficiencies and ways to improve design and development processes
Excellent knowledge of the Full life cycle of a project
Java Development experience required in the OO environment
Experience of working with financial services applications
Analysis and Design using OO design methodologies - RUP, UML
Development experience with SSIS, SSRS and batch job
Experience with Microsoft SQL scripts for database/table enhancements and maintenance.
