·         Development experience with Hibernate, Spring, Jasper Report, AJAX

·         Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels

·         Experience working in a state/federal government environment

·         Ability to perform 3rd shift and on-call support that requires immediate technical support to help achieve aggressive SLAs.
