• Lead and participate in all aspects of BizTalk development on new initiatives
• Assist in establishing a framework to support future development initiatives
• Follow standards for performance and load/stress testing
• Effectively communicate and document application designs with end users, management, and developers
• Comply with standards for BizTalk and Services development and best practices for creating orchestrations
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team to ensure the reduction of required testing durations
