Skills:

Experience Level: 4 year degree in IT or related field and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Oracle DBA primary responsibilities in support of integration needs.  Experience with Shareplex replication, DataGuard, RMAN, upgrades and patching, Oracle 10g and 11g RAC, application development life cycle support and excellent communication and partnering skills required.  
Experience with enterprise class systems, Shareplex replication, Business Continuity, large data migrations, testing and certification of performance and tuning of large critical database systems in every environment
