This is my direct-client opening for a Data Warehouse Specialist located in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a 5+ month contract and the rate depends on experience.
Description
Provides strategic, technical, and architectural expertise and support for data warehouses.
• Works with project and team leaders to define and formulate data warehouse solutions
• Effectively plans and manages assignments spanning one or more projects
• Works with leadership team to drive technical and procedural change relative to data warehouse best practices
• Participates in the preparation, review, and analysis of data warehouse requirements and specifications
• Designs, develops, tests, and integrates new or existing ETL and data warehouse solutions
• Designs, develops and tests data warehouse business rules via stored procedures, middleware or other technologies
• Provides sustaining or maintenance support to existing data warehouse processes and data
• Clearly communicates project issues and status to management
• Implements test strategies and procedures established by team
