Skills needed:

·         Senior level Citrix architecture experience

·         Create and maintain infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to Citrix infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and processes.

·         Identify, create, communicate, and implement Process Engineering for technologies to create end-to-end service offerings.

·         Must have the ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner via text-based, technical data flows and diagrams.

·         Manage several tasks simultaneously, regularly reviewing priorities to be sure that projects are completed on time.

·         Contribute to the creation and maintenance of infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and engineering processes for end-to-end service offerings.

·         Responsible for related engineering documentation for Citrix activities related to CTP

·         Performs infrastructure certification testing for approved CTP applications

·         Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze Citrix system performance statistical data to improve quality of the CTP platform and related application environments.

·         Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and troubleshooting issues within a multi-vendor software distribution infrastructure.
