Job Title:  Peoplesoft HRMS - PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for Payroll
Duration:  5 Months

Extension Possible: Yes

Location:  Chicago, IL

 

Job Description:

·         As part of the Payroll IT Systems Team, will serve as the principle PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for Payroll system changes.

·         Will work with end users and team members to fully understand and document requirements.

·         Will then identify solution options within the PeopleSoft product that meets requirements in the most efficient manner.

·         Will be the PeopleSoft Payroll subject matter expert on the overall team, which includes both development and support tasks.

·         The successful candidate should have 7+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll functional experience with working knowledge of Version 9.0.

·         Familiarity with People Tools (at least version 8.49.19) is needed.

·         Ability to define and document end user requirements.

·         Highly skilled in understanding core PeopleSoft Payroll regarding capabilities, configuration settings, and available options to address requirements.

·         Must be self-motivated and capable of working with end-users, project and support team members, and vendors.

·         Must be able to identify viable solutions and provide gross-level estimates.

·         Experienced in developing and documenting business processes and procedures and test cases.
