*** Face2Face Interview Required After Phone-screen ***

 

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years advanced experience with HP Performance Center
- Excellent workload modeling skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written communications
- Solid understanding of how multi-tier environments function (specifically how they communicate)
- Excellent understanding of (relevant) communication protocols
- Good understanding of Operating Systems, Networks, hardware and common Performance related issues.
- Ability to report results graphically and verbally
- Solid ability to analyze results and find bottlenecks
- Solid ability to create "ad-hoc" tests to exploit areas of suspect performance
- Solid knowledge of Performance Engineering Methodology

 

Desired Skills:
- Advanced experience with HP Performance Center v9.5 and v.11
- Experience with HP j2EE Diagnostics.
- Experience with HP Sitescope
