We need a Technical Writer with 3-4 yrs exp, who has Banking/Financial Background .. In person interview is required with the client. Hence need locals.
Job Description
· Create a full description of the platform¹s current state and document it in SharePoint, thus creating centralized platform description repository.
· Keep SharePoint Online Documentation updated with changes during new releases
· Work with application teams to elicit help documentation, standardize get up into JPMM (one pager quick start guides to start) € Gap analysis of missing Application Inventory / Onboarding Form info for all existing apps on the platform
· Work with various lines of business to create business and functional requirements for the core platform.
· Update Application Inventory deep dive pages on Sharepoint
· Weekly reporting to stakeholder groups on JPMM team updates / progress / scope changes
· Create API documentation for data services and shared services of the platform and educate application team owners on proper way to leverage the shared APIs
· Work with application teams to identify cross platform shared services opportunities, such as application workspaces, enhanced search and alerting functionality, and provide full business and functional specifications for these services.
· Participate in the requirements and business analysis aspects of application and platform integration, such as tightly integrating Worldwide Securities Services current portal with the JPMM platform.
· Post implementation review and post mortem
Skills Required
· Strong Technical writing skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Project Plan, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Strong knowledge of technology
· Ability create Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
· Ability to create Functional Requirements Documents (FSD) based on BRD
· Strong process mapping skills
· Ability to work independently and multi-task
· Strong communication skills including the ability to summarize and identify key messages depending on the audience € Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer in financial industry
