Design, Planning and Implementation of active directory 2008.
Modifying Active Directory Schema
Managing Active Directory Physical Architecture and Active Directory Logical Architecture.
Designing, Planning and Implementing Sites and Subnets.
Monitoring Active Directory Replication and tools used
Planning a Domain Controller and Global Catalog Strategy
Managing Trust Relationships
Designing, Planning and Implementing OU's
Monitoring backup and restore of Active Directory.

GPO

Design, Planning and Implementation of GPO's for enterprise environment.
Using Group Policy for optimization, security, etc.
Troubleshooting Group Policy.
Group Policy backup and recovery.
Managing administrative templates for gpos
Create a strategy for configuring the user environment with Group Policy.
Create a strategy for configuring the computer environment with Group Policy.
