Job Description:
General Responsibilities will include user requirements definition, development, testing, deployment and user support of business processes and tools to support the R12 process improvement initiative. This will be heavily focused on initiatives requiring data cleanup, data migration testing and validation and other tasks to support migration of the business processes. Supporting BPEs in coordinating and facilitating data cleanup actions, system and process test, and end user training. This position will be under the direction and in the support of the Business Process Engineers.
Job Requirements:
• Formal education in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management, including specific background on different aspects of the Quote-to-Cash cycle, Materials/Enterprise Requirements
Planning, Logistics, and Metrics-based management. Preference for bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management methodologies and processes related to shipping, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Experience with Oracle Modules for Order Management, Inventory, Procurement are required
• Experience with Oracle Modules MRP, Quoting,iProcurement, Projects are desired
• Experience with XQuery, PL/SQL or similar data extraction languages; additional familiarity with using regular expressions a further advantage
• Experience with Operations and Supply chain data extraction and reporting, creation of operational metrics and dashboard definite pluses.
• Advanced user of office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access
• Self-driven, strong problem solving abilities and time management skills, fast learner, creative, team worker, good communications and meeting facilitation skills are absolute requirements
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in business process analysis within the Operations or Supply Chain area, with hands-on experience in process mapping, modeling, re-design, and reporting.
• Experience developing complex reports in Rapid Response or equivalent advance planning tool and Discoverer is desired.
