Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Start: ASAP
Required Skills:
1. Will work on assignments meant to complete a business analysis effort by following Northern Trust SDLC guidelines and working with identified stakeholders.
2. Will work with stakeholders to help identify and understand their needs, concerns, and environment or business in which they work by interviewing and documenting for verification.
3. Manage minor conflicts, issues and changes to requirements in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team that they are in agreement on the solution scope and make sure the requirements are communicated for current and future use.
4. Help to identify and understand the business need, refine and clarify the definition of that need, and help to develop a solution scope that is in line with EDM Program direction. Contribute to the development of the business case.
5. Contribute to the development of solutions which best fit the business need, assist in identifying gaps and shortcomings in solutions, and help to identify necessary work-around or changes to solutions. Assist in testing of developed solution to confirm alignment with the business requirements.
