Location:  Boca Raton FL
Duration:  6 months
Position Summary: Siebel Project Manager
Responsible for managing IT project teams including end user and third party provider activities pertaining to the design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of application product and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
•    Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
•    Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
•    Assures relevant risks are properly identified with mitigation plans.
•    Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or key resources to meet the needs of the customers.
•    Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
•    Assists Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
•    Responsible for overall management of team and assigned project.
•    Responsible for overall financial, scope, and critical path management for assigned projects
•    Manages the financial, time and resource aspects of project against a set budget and project plan
•    Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project
•    Engages in identifying and validating the recommended solution for the specific initiatives
•    Projects Types: Infrastructure (Networks, Servers, Storage, Databases), New Products Development, Information Systems
Qualifications
Education:
•    Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
•    8 - 10 yrs
•    Experience with User Support environment and infrastructure project planning and execution
•    Experience with product development lifecycle and product launch planning
•    Experience with Business Systems Software Solution (in house, COTS) development and implementation
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong interpersonal, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, client-facing and organizational skills.
Preferred Certifications:
•    PMP, Agile Methodology (Scrum)
•    Infrastructure planning and project management (network, voice, servers, data center)
•    Communication & Commitment
Skills:
•    Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques.
•    Advanced knowledge of major package applications software.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management.
•    Strong knowledge and understanding of business principles, practices and procedures
•    Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
•    Strong project management skills and experience.
•    Leverages business and technical expertise across disciplines, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge.
•    Contributes to the strategic direction of the client group(s).
•    May provide guidance to senior management.
•    Superior communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to both "C-Level" clients as well as non-technical audiences and build partnerships
•    Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal improvement of business and technical skills, including the ability to learn and apply new technologies and techniques
•    Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality
