Minimum of 5 yrs of Sharepoint Admin experience
Experience Troubleshooting
Configuring new Sharepoint environments
Experience providing production support
Experience with the development/deployment process of pushing from development to QA and production
Experience with conversions
Experience with Sharepoint development and .Net development is a PLUS
