Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Must have good understanding on SOA Project Lifecycle
• Should have exposure to Behavior Driven Development
• Should have exposure to JBehave
• Should have worked on atleast 1 projects in Airlines Domain
• Should have hands-on in defining SOA test strategy / Approach & SOA Test planning, Design and Execution
• Should have managed atleast 2 SOA testing engagement in the past, with team strength >20
• Should have managed atleast 1 project where SOA Test Automation was implemented successfully.
• Should have experience in using SOAPUI or any other SOA testing tool.
• Should have experience in implementing TcoE in the project.
• Must have good knowledge on all layers of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)
• Should be aware of all SOA technologies popular in industry
• Should possess Good Communication skills
• Should possess very good Customer Management skills
• Should posses Good Team Management Skills
Roles and responsibility
• Resource management and planning
• Test Estimation and Budgeting
• Define SOA Test Strategy
• Design the Project Test Plan and Project Schedule
• Identify Project Risks and come-up with Risk Mitigation Plan
• Review and Sing-off Project Deliverables (Test Specification, SOA Automation Framework Plan, etc)
• Monitoring the teams performance & recognize good work
• Identify the Testing Metrics and set the Project Norms
• Analyze Project Metrics to make sure that it does not deviate.
• Attend defect triage meeting with customer and third party vendor
• Manage functional and NFT aspects of web services testing
