Skills:
•    Must have 5+ years of development/solutioning experience in Microsoft technologies.

•    Expertise in interface using HTML5, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, ASP.NET MVC

•    Experience developing web portals, particularly with MVC architecture/design

•    Exposure  experience with web development using ASP.NET (C#), SQL Server, and web services

•     Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts

•    Experience building large-scale web applications with cross browser compatibility using JavaScript and Ajax.

•    Experience translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs

•    Experience in NET 4.0 , Visual Studio 2010, C#, VB.NET and SQL 2008 

•    Experience in Agile development framework, tools and process.

•    Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability.

•    Strong problem solving skills, extremely reliable, quick learner and able to work independently as well as a team member.

•    Participate in technical code walkthrough discussions and suggest best practices.

•    Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.

•    Review current applications technology platform/APIs and design new components in .net that integrate with this system

•    Preferred Microsoft certified developer

•    Assist in replacing third party .Net components with Microsoft technologies.

•    This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

•    Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques.

•    Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
