Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
We are looking for Software Engineers to help us build our next generation application platform.
- Required
3+ years Java (not J2EE)
- Proficiency in Java Core stack with experience working outside of that with front end programs like FLEX.
- (access specifies, exception handling, garbage collection, inner classes, final, finally etc.)
3+ Years of Data scalability and multi-tenant data architectures
3+ Years of MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres
- SQL queries (left, right, outer, inner joins), types of index, case statements
- Data Loading experience in a Distributed Data Base environment
- Types of locking, synchronization, avoiding deadlocks
- Web application implementation and web services
- JSP, Servlets, MVC, HTML, XML, XSLT, AJAX, Javascript
Spring JDBC and dependency injection
Significant transaction management experience
Expert in distributed systems
Experience in building fault tolerance applications and systems
JConsole, thread dumps, JMX, JProfiler
Experience with Agile & Test Driven Development
Linux commands and basic administrationBachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
Good to Have:
Java performance tuning
High performance system architecture
