Position: Service Management Officer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Level : 9+ Yr
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
· 12+ years in IT Support & Service Management
· Played roles of SMO/Incident manager or the like
· Experience of Retail preferred but not required
· Responsibility for Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment, IT service continuity and service quality
· Owns all High Severity Incidents from when an incident is first identified as a potential global incident, until service is restored
· Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
· Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
· Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
· Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures
· Reviewing and auditing the process
· Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident
· Assists in appropriation of necessary support resources needed for recovery
· Performs key communication to Senior Management.
· Drive and coordinate RCA meetings
· Acts as the single point of contact for Sr. Executives who have questions regarding the incident
