Experience: 

•       Radiant Logic VDS and/or SailPoint IIQ administration experience are definite advantages. 

•       Minimum of 6-8 years of hands on system administration experience with all aspects of Redhhat Linux, Administration Platforms, Virtualization Technologies 

•       Experience in managing application and web servers in a highly virtualization environment is essential for this position - JBOSS 

•       Knowledge of VMware ESX with hands-on experience provisioning of VMs 

•       Experience with System management tools - Capacity and Configuration Management Automation, (Nagios/Opsview, Cfengine) Continuous Integration (Jenkins) 

•       Proficiency in shell and/or Perl scripting 

•       Excellent problem solving, multitasking, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are required for to work in this dynamic environment. 

•       Good communication and customer service skills. Ideal candidate is expected to be strong in the areas of self-motivation, initiative, and communication and has a proven ability to synergize and effectively work with other teams. 

•       Participate in Level 3 on-call rotation and maintenance windows 

•       Experience in Lifecycle Management of Enterprise Directory systems (Radiant Logic VDS, Microsoft, Kerberos)
