Position Title   :   iOS Device Management Administrator Duration:        Long Term Location:       Chicago, IL

Job Description: We are looking for an iOS Device Management Administrator who will support Apple mobile devices in client location.  The Administrator must have a strong background in enterprise information systems management to include networking, security, mobile device management and systems administration.  Integrating and supporting mobile devices in the enterprise will be the primary function of this position.  He/she will also provide technical software advice for complex systems and make decisions on operating procedures and analytical approaches.  This person will need to support teachers in an educational institution and implementing their devices into the classroom.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs. Assist end users via telephone, e-mail, with a wide range of questions, problems and requests with theiriOS connectivity needs Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in the internal ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time Update all assigned tickets capturing troubleshooting activities and resolution Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk and handle client support requests as well as take ownership of product issues and ensuring closure is achieved Train end users on iOS device technology. Keep abreast of what the future is bringing in terms of new products and enhancements to products and how those changes affect our company plans Assisting, training, and setting up of Apple Configurator. Assisting, training and setup up of district wide Apple ID's.   Working with teachers on Google Apps for the iOS devices. Working with the Apple VPP program.

Knowledge and Experience Required: Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS devices is required In-depth knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting methods - both client and server-side is required Experience with

·  Exchange ActiveSync and iOS devices

·  Mobile Device Management (MDM) in iOS

·  Wireless network (Wi-Fi) setup

Ability to perform end user training on iOS device technology Understanding of at least one enterprise-level mobile device management application such as Good for Enterprise, MaaS360, BoxTone or AirWatch. AirWatch is preferred Analysis and investigation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving Outstanding customer service skills as well as strong verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills Desired Experience: Understanding of OSX management, such as via Jamf, ARD, or via the command line. Experience with Virtual Private Network (VPN) setup under iOS Experience with iOS in the Classroom
