Need Sr Business Analyst

Location: Worcester MA

Duration: 8 Weeks Plus

Skills:

1. Should have clinical or healthcare background. Must have worked in a hospital environment or with payors/providers.
2. Should have a good understanding of medical claims data, standardized tests and all related terminology.
3. Business Requirement and Analysis around reporting is key. Transactional system knowledge is not enough.
4. SQL skills is a plus as some data analysis would be required.
5. Very good documentation and communications skills. This person has to develop the functional specifications for the reports and work with the architect in the data analysis.
