Position: PeopleSoft Benefit Administration Functional Consultant

Location: Radnor, PA

Duration 12 Months

 

§         5+ Years Peoplesoft Functional Core HR/Benefits Lead Peoplesoft HRMS focusing on HR Benefits including Base Benefits or Benefits Administration, Time and Labor and Payroll.

§         · Configuration exp in the following:

o        Base Benefits: building and testing benefit plans, benefit rates and benefit programs.

o        Human Resources: building locations, departments, job codes.

o        Payroll: building pay groups, earning codes, deductions

o        Time and Labor: building workgroups, dynamic groups, rules

§         Query exp including building and supporting simple queries for reporting.

§         Strong knowledge and use of HRMS concepts, practices, procedures and supporting operations.

 

 

Position: PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Radnor, PA

Duration 12 Months

 

·5+ Years as PeopleSoft Payroll Module Functional Lead (Payroll and RetroPay)

·Served as sole person responsible for the functional/front end implementation

Working on large-scale complex projects with expertise in configuration

Experience in interacting with Business users globally. Ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents, functional specification documents for system improvements

Candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of key critical integration touch-points between Payroll and the other HCM modules.

Experience and knowledge of integration points to and from PeopleSoft HCM system

Candidate will participate in fit/gap sessions on Payroll, work with the client to find solutions to address the gaps.

Experience in PeopleSoft HCM suite in Core HR, Recruiting, Self-Service, T&L, NA payroll, Payroll interface and Global payroll modules

Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions

Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis and validation
