Rate: $50/hr on C2C
Skill Priority is PL/SQL development, data analysis, solid SQL and understanding of the Oracle Data Dictionary. Candidates that have Data Security Experience would be given preference.
Strong PL/SQL developer on the UNIX/Solaris platform(currently running 11g database)
Solid understanding of the Oracle Data Dictionary.
Candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to produce data analysis quickly and succinctly and work with the others.
Not looking for heads down coder. Must be a strong pl/sql developer as well as analyst that can support and communicate with Data Security Lead, application teams and business users.
Ideally candidate has worked in data security space, has proven multi-tasking experience across multiple simultaneous initiatives and is able to quickly analyze security issues
Although data security experience is only desired, candidates with this background will be given priority
Financial Services experience is preferable

Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written skills are necessary. In addition, responsibilities will include PL/SQL programming by designing and implementation of very efficient PL/SQL functions, stored procedures which map to data security standards.
