Description:

Test Lead - Carrier Engagement 

Required: 

• 5+ years of testing experience

• 3+ years as a lead

• Strong customer facing skills, oral and written communication skills, prior experience as a lead business analyst / and or testing lead.

• Prior Experience working at a Health Insurance Carrier and/or with health insurance EDI

• Individuals must be senior with a proven ability to manage the activities of a group of individuals 
• Individuals must be able to display the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Individuals must be able to plan, schedule, co-ordinate, and execute testing activities on an aggressive timeline.

Highly Desirable: 

• Should display the ability to create and manage to a well-defined project plan
• Support CCA Carrier Engagement managers to facilitate Carrier meetings and prepare communications.
• Co-ordinate activities to answer questions and resolve testing issues for carrier interfaces. (834, 820 and Rating)
