Mandatory Skills:
Main point of contact for overall project initiatives
Work with Strategic Resources to transition defined program(s) for execution
Manage overall schedule
Define key dates and milestones for tracking
Manage overall project budget and forecasts.
Main escalation point for issue resolution
Identify key dependencies and define integrated view for all critical work streams
Work with business users to gather requirements
Drive development of schedules and estimates
Present weekly status to Stakeholders on current progress, issues and risks
Drive the development of key artifacts and deliverables as required for project execution .
Desirable Skills:
Strong organizational, planning and management skills Strong soft, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint
High attention to detail
Strong scheduling tasks
Ability to coordinate and manage across groups
Ability to communicate consistently, early, and be responsive
Relationship builder
Must be able to plan the work and work the plan .
