A functional professional with at least four+ full lifecycle SAP PM implementation and 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
Good understanding of Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Capacity Planning

Hands on configuration experience is required in  end-to-end implementation of SAP PM
Good understanding on interface technologies like IDOC, FTP and RFC processes are required.

Expert in designing business processes, realization of the configuration, proof of concept, gap analysis, issue resolution, training, cutover, go-live assistance and post implementation suPMort.

Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.   
Able to work effectively with anyone with different skill sets, personalities, work styles,  or motivation level

Able to create and communicate vision and ideas that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication.

Skills to listen and articulate your ideas in writing and verbally to any audience in a way where you are heard and you achieve the goals you intended with that communication.

Able to maintain attention and achieve your desired outcome

Able to coordinate and solicit well represented opinions and feedback from a group with diverse perspectives to reach a common, best solution.

Able to influence perspective or decision making but still have the people you influence think they made up their own mind.

Able to be interesting and interested in business conversations that motivates people to want to be in your network.

Able to build trust, find common ground, have empathy, and ultimately build good relationships with people you like or in positions of power/influence.
