Position: Senior .Net Developer

Location: Troy, Michigan

Duration: Fulltime permanent

Salary: DOE

Work Authorization: GC/US Citizen

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Help gather, document and refine business requirements.
• Work with lead architect to turn requirements into approved designs and then functioning code
• Test and refine that code to ensure reliable products are released.
• Analyze and define interfaces, design classes and design subsystems.
• Act as a technical lead in the software development process.
• Create and develop programming guidelines and standards.
• Ensure the quality of source code, conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Create or lead in creation of other technical documents as related to projects and initiatives.
• Participate in process and procedure definition and enforcement.
• Participate in team building, resource planning, collaborate on project/tasks breakdown and prioritization.
• Ensure technical issues, design changes and scope changes are raised to the development manager.
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

ü  Strong communication skills with the ability and experience to work directly with customers on gathering requirements and resolving issues.

ü  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred but not required.

ü  Active .NET MCSD or an equivalent preferred.

ü  5+ years of software development experience in medium to large size corporate environments with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity of projects and applications.

ü  5+ years of experience building web based software solutions.

ü  5+ years of solid C# and ASP.NET experience and designing and developing with SQL Server.

ü  Implement effective recruitment initiatives using effective processes and creative sourcing techniques.

 

ü  Need to furnish valid references and have to sign the NDA agreement. Also be prepared for a F2F interview on one's own expenses, if require.

ü  Go through the requirements thoroughly and submit with requirement reference number and check all the Specifications are met 100% so that we have high chances of closure.
