Mandatory Skills:
•Min 5+ to 6+ yrs experience on IBM Clarity 6.X
•SQL Server 2005
•Operating Windows server 2003
Description:
•Hands-on-experience in supporting IBM Clarity Financial Reporting application
•Experience in Financial collaboration and external reporting tool (XBRL)
•Experience in IBM Clarity upgrade will be a plus
•Database technical experience: SQL Server
•OS Platform experience in Windows Server 2003
•Excellent problem solving, Participate in Incident bridge management and escalation
•Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, functional teams, service personnel and customers
•Candidate should have excellent Communication, Monitoring & Control skills
