• Experience with leading and mentoring a team of DBAs
• Experience as Oracle DBA in Oracle 11g and Oracle 11g RAC databases
• Experience with Oracle Golden Gate replication technology
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Database server patch management & configuration management with OEM
• Automated database provisioning
• Oracle middle ware provisioning and management
• Experience with Oracle Audit Vault
• Experience with Oracle Database Vault
• In-depth experience with Oracle database performance analysis and tuning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong, proven individual and team performer
• Attention to detail, ability to work within process and timelines
• Takes ownership of issues and even when there is not a lot of support or guidance understands the issue from a technical perspective and drives relevant teams to resolution of the issue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units on administering and operating complex systems.
Roles & Responsibilities Role: Senior Oracle Database Administrator & Architect
Responsibilities:
• Leading and mentoring a team of DBAs
• Maintaining Oracle DBA in Oracle 11g and Oracle 11g RAC databases
• Provide expert guidance in Designing High availability and scalable solutions for large volumes of databases ranges from TB to PB
• Provide feedback in design reviews to ensure that the architecture is scalable & can meet long-term operational goals.
• Performing Database server patch management & configuration management with OEM
