Location : Jackson MI
Mode : 6 Months Contract
Job Description :
Specialized in designing and implementing solution based on HP ITSM tools (HP Service Manager, uCMDB, Release Control and Discovery) in high availability multi-tier environment with large user base. Should have delivered the solution ranging from Out-of-Box product to customized product based on customer's blueprints and process design. Should be well conversant with ITIL v3 and CMM processes and always endeavour to provide highest quality in work.
Experience and Skills: -
Extensive experience in Client interaction, requirement analysis, process designing, installation, implementation, migration, upgrade and support of HP SM, Connect IT and uCMDB in load balanced or multi-tier client/server architecture supporting large number of users.
Expert in implementing out-of-box HPSM product with full service lifecycle as well as customization of modules as per blueprint and process design.
Expert in setting up environment for single sign-on, SSL connection, multi-tenancy and load balancing
In-depth knowledge of every SM module (Interactions, Incidents, Problems, Change & Release, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Request Management)
Strong design, development and customization experience in integrated RAD tool and Java Scripting including integration with other tools for data/case exchange using Web Services, SCAuto, and HP Connect-IT
Experience in building and implementing, integrating with other tools HPSM, Configuration Management Database using uCMDB, SM and Universal discovery
Practical exposure to other HP BTO tools like Operations Manager (OM), Business Service Manager (BSM), Asset Manager (AM), Network Node Manager (NNM) and Project and portfolio Manager (PPM)
Practical knowledge of ITIL v3 process and effectively applied it to real-world business problems and crafted technical solutions for clients supporting ITIL practices.
Written reports using tools like Oracle Reports, Crystal Reports and Business Objects
Web-tier architecture designing and implementation in fully load balanced environment
