Position: ITIL Process Manager/Analyst
Location: Lake Forrest, IL
Duration: 12 months
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
▪ A master's or bachelor's degree Minimum 6-8 years experience in IT Process Management,Change Management,Incident Management ,Security Management etc.
▪ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Prince 2, CMMI and/or ITIL. Certification is a strong asset.
▪ Provide system training on group and individual basis.
▪ Lead projects or cross-functional teams on improving and documenting system processes.
▪ Interact with stakeholders on matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
▪ Serve as primary contact between installed user base and system developer.
▪ Guide the successful completion of major programs and will function in a project leadership role.
▪ Evaluate, support development and oversee change control for the EAM computer systems and environments.
▪ Manage projects and budgets, provides time lines, oversees implementation and is accountable for timely deliverable s
▪ Represent the organization as the prime contact on contracts and projects.
▪ Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
