Title	Technical Consultant – Interface Development
Location	Irvine, CA
Job Description	The Technical Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the technical design, development, and implementation of Cassiopae software at client sites. Specific responsibilities will include: Involve in the technical portion of Cassiopae interface development activities in partnership with Cassiopae clients. Ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Providing Tier 2 technical support to Cassiopae clients. Participating in technical test definition and effort.
Required Skills	· Strong System Engineering and Administration experience. · Strong O-O, middleware, SOA and multi-tier web architecture experience. · Strong Java/J2EE development background. · Strong analytical skills and experience working with SOA. · Capability to understand and articulate complex design patterns. · Strong system infrastructure knowledge. · Experience building web services. · Experience in performance tuning of batch jobs/interfaces. · Work effectively with geographically distributed team members.
Additional Skills	· Strong Troubleshooting experience. · Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server and any other RDBMS · Strong Knowledge of Unix, Linux Operation Systems · Good knowledge of Shell scripting. – Low priority · Good communication skills, strong team player and ability to work without supervision. · Should be creative and passionate about technology and programming.
