o Must: 3-5 years US experience
o Must: No third party consultants (consultant must be direct through billing agency)
o Must: 6-8 years professional development experience including Analysis, Design and Development
o Must: 3-5 years developing Windows applications with VB or C# .NET
o Must: 3-5 years developing applications with Oracle
o Must: 2-4 years developing Web Services
o Prefer: Some experience with ASP or ASP .Net
o Prefer: Experience using Agile SDLC practices
