Title: Oracle Apps DBA

Duration: Long term.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description:

Looking for a Oracle Apps DBA for a long term project in PA.

Support the Oracle Application E-Business and Oracle DBA skills, including but not limited to concepts and architecture:

·         Oracle Application installation, configuration and patching

·         Patch Management and version control

·         Customization updates

·         Management of Concurrent managers, Forms and Report Servers, Web Servers

·         Self Service Application management and configuration

·         User access administration support All aspects of cloning environments

Minimum of 2 year of Oracle E-Business/Financials experience

·         Oracle Applications versions 12.0.6 or 12.1.2

·         Application installation and patching

·         Patch management

·         Administration of concurrent manager, forms and report server

·         User administration

·         Cloning

·         Problem resolution

·         Monitoring and tuning

·         Backup & Recovery utilizing RMAN

·         RAC experience

·         GRID configuration implementation

·         Install and build database structures

·         Develop and maintain shell scripts

·         Query and performance tuning for database and application

·         Develop and maintain documentation

·         Production Support of the E-Business Application, third party software and database

·         Familiarity with architecture, both logical and physical design

·         UNIX skills
