Quality Assurance
Automation – Lead Test Analyst
Quality Assurance skills and experience include (apply to all candidates):
· Ability to create detailed test strategy, plans and cases for a project.
· Ability to execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases.
· Conduct test plan walkthroughs.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and process (including Agile and Waterfall best practices).
· Comprehensive knowledge of logic/code flow.
· Comprehensive knowledge of development lifecycles and coding practices.
· Document test results and report project status to Quality Assurance lead and management.
· Participates in requirements/design reviews, project team and Quality Assurance strategy meetings.
· Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems, isolate and find root causes.
Technical skills and experience include:
· 2+ years of experience with Service (SOA/FMW) SOAP/XML tools, multi‐tier Environment.
· 4+ years SQL server / Oracle query creation and execution.
· Strength in data analysis and test validation for before/after test execution.
· Experience testing in a multi-tier client server environment inclusive of CRM, ERP and web ecommerce components.
· Experience supporting and utilizing application lifecycle management software.
o Visual Studio Team Foundation preferred – Test Manager and defect management.
· Experience working within Windows operating systems.
· Experience working within Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel.
· 2+ years programming experience preferred.
Automation Specialist:
Functional - HP Quick Test Pro
· 8+ years automation planning and development experience.
· 3+ years automation team leadership and architecture role.
· Expert knowledge using HP Quick Test Pro (QTP).
· Develop automation libraries and create automation test scripts.
· Enhance and support central framework and codebase for Web, PowerBuilder, terminal mode and services products.
· Manage central source library utilizing Visual Studio / TFS.
· Develop shared libraries and projects in support of parallel automation development.
· Develop modular automated test scripts (data driven framework) utilizing reusable functions, action libraries, exception handling and perform basic management of object repositories.
· Design, document and develop reusable automated testing solutions based on requirements.
· Develop custom function / classes / sub-routine, stand-alone utilities and other advanced automation techniques.
